Berry Greens Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk OR 1 cup Full-Fat Yogurt
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 small cucumber chopped
  • 1 TBLS coconut oil
  • 1 pinch pink sea salt
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Beauty Greens
  • You can also use plain collagen peptides and add a handful of spinach or leafy greens if you don't have the greens powder on hand.

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients EXCEPT the collagen peptides*. Blend until smooth. Add the collagen peptides and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds. Pour into a glass and sip away!

Notes

*You don't want to over blend collagen because it changes and damages the protein structure.
