Everything Bagel Chicken Salad

- 4 cups cooked chicken cut into 1" chunks. Leftover rotisserie chicken is perfect here!
- 1/2 small red onion diced
- 1 cup grapes halved
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 2 tsps sesame seeds
- 2 tsp poppyseeds
- 2 tsp onion flakes
- 1 tsp garlic flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup paleo mayo
- 2 tbls apple cider vinegar
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, onion, grapes and celery.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo and apple cider vinegar. Whisk in the seasonings.
Add dressing to bowl with chicken and toss to combine.
Serve chilled wrapped in lettuce or gf pita!
