Prepare the paleo breakfast pizza crust.
While crust is cooking, brown sausage over medium heat in a heavy bottomed skillet. Remove from pan and crumble.
When crust is done cooking, remove from oven and turn heat to 425°.
Brush each pizza crust with olive oil and then top with sausage, cheese, and onion.
Whisk the eggs with salt and divide evenly pouring onto each pizza crust.
Return pizzas to oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Top with fresh cracked pepper.
