Basil Watermelon Fizz

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups watermelon chunks
  • 16 oz coconut water unsweetened
  • 2 limes zested and juiced
  • 6 basil leaves sliced into thin strips
  • 32 oz seltzer water or club soda

Instructions
 

  • Add watermelon, lime juice, zest, coconut water and basil to high-speed blender and puree.
  • Chill in fridge until ready to serve.
  • To serve: Fill an 8oz class with ice, fill halfway with watermelon blend, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime.
