Basil Watermelon Fizz

This summery and refreshing mocktail is the perfect festive drink for your next barbeque!
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 3 cups watermelon chunks
- 16 oz coconut water unsweetened
- 2 limes zested and juiced
- 6 basil leaves sliced into thin strips
- 32 oz seltzer water or club soda
Add watermelon, lime juice, zest, coconut water and basil to high-speed blender and puree.
Chill in fridge until ready to serve.
To serve: Fill an 8oz class with ice, fill halfway with watermelon blend, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime.
