Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Ingredients

Meyer lemons
juiced

oz
coconut water
unsweetened

lb
strawberries
hulled and sliced thin.

Popsicle molds
Instructions
Add two tablespoons lemon juice to each popsicle mold.
Fill mold with strawberry slices and top with coconut water.
Freeze for a minimum 4 hours, preferably overnight
To remove from mold, run under hot water and wiggle the popsicle out!
