Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Meyer lemons juiced
  • 16 oz coconut water unsweetened
  • 1 lb strawberries hulled and sliced thin.
  • 6 Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Add two tablespoons lemon juice to each popsicle mold.
  2. Fill mold with strawberry slices and top with coconut water.
  3. Freeze for a minimum 4 hours, preferably overnight
  4. To remove from mold, run under hot water and wiggle the popsicle out!
