Prepare the paleo pizza crust.
While the crust is baking, prep the toppings.
Cook the bacon in a heavy bottomed skillet. Remove from pan and chop into 1/2" pieces.
Whisk 2 eggs with 1/4 tsp salt.
When pizza crusts have finished cooking, remove from oven and turn heat to 425°. Brush each pizza with olive oil.
Divide bacon and cheddar cheese evenly among the crusts.
Top with whisked eggs.
Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and fresh cracked pepper.
