Method
- Prepare the paleo pizza crust.
- While the crust is baking, prep the toppings.
- Cook the bacon in a heavy bottomed skillet. Remove from pan and chop into 1/2" pieces.
- Whisk 2 eggs with 1/4 tsp salt.
- When pizza crusts have finished cooking, remove from oven and turn heat to 425°. Brush each pizza with olive oil.
- Divide bacon and cheddar cheese evenly among the crusts.
- Top with whisked eggs.
- Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and fresh cracked pepper.
