Make the paleo breakfast pizza crust.
While crust is cooking, prep your topping ingredients.
When crust is finished, remove from oven and turn the temp up to 425°
Spread 2 tsps of pesto on each pizza crust. Divide the zucchini and red onion evenly among the crusts.
Whisk eggs with 1/4 tsp salt. Divide egg mixture evenly among the crusts.
Return pizzas to oven to bake for 10 minutes.
Finish with fresh cracked pepper.
