Method
- Make the paleo breakfast pizza crust.
- While crust is cooking, prep your topping ingredients.
- When crust is finished, remove from oven and turn the temp up to 425°
- Spread 2 tsps of pesto on each pizza crust. Divide the zucchini and red onion evenly among the crusts.
- Whisk eggs with 1/4 tsp salt. Divide egg mixture evenly among the crusts.
- Return pizzas to oven to bake for 10 minutes.
- Finish with fresh cracked pepper.
