strongly brewed coffee

molasses

Instructions
In a small sauce pan, heat milk with spices and sugars. Simmer on low until sugars are dissolved and milk is fragrant.
While milk is simmering make coffee. You can also substitute 2 shots of espresso for the brewed coffee.
Pour coffee into a 16oz mug.
Using a milk frother or a small whisk, whisk the warm milk until frothy.
Pour spiced milk into mug with coffee. Top with additional nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
