Basil Berry Vinaigrette

Summer salad dressing!
Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup strawberries about 4 medium strawberries
  • 2 tbls red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil or light tasting oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6-8 basil leaves

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Method
 

  1. Roughly chop the strawberries and thinly slice the basil leaves.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Taste for salt and pepper and adjust accordingly.
  4. Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
