Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides (or protein powder of choice)

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients, except collagen peptides in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add collagen peptides, or desired protein powder, and blend for 15 seconds.
  3. Add additional coconut water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
