Ingredients

frozen raspberries

cup
frozen cauliflower rice

cacao powder
½
avocado
½
cup
milk of choice
½
cup
coconut water

scoops
collagen peptides
(or protein powder of choice)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except collagen peptides in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
Add collagen peptides, or desired protein powder, and blend for 15 seconds.
Add additional coconut water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
