- Make the paleo breakfast pizza crust
- When the crust is finished, remove from oven and turn heat to 425°
- Brush each crust with olive oil, then top with goat cheese crumbles, arugula, and diced tomatoes.
- Whisk the eggs with the salt and then divide evenly among the crusts.
- Return pizzas to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Top with fresh cracked pepper.
