Immune Boosting Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides

Equipment

Method
 

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients (except collagen peptides). Blend until smooth.
  2. Add collagen peptides and blend until just combined.
  3. Blend in additional water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  4. Divide into two cups and enjoy!
