Java Chip Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups cold brew concentrate
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • cup maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • cup cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Popsicle Molds

Method
 

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.
  3. To remove from frozen popsicle from mold, run under lukewarm water for 30 seconds and wriggle popsicle out.
