Method
- Prepare the paleo breakfast pizza crust.
- While crust is cooking, brown sausage over medium heat in a heavy bottomed skillet. Remove from pan and crumble.
- When crust is done cooking, remove from oven and turn heat to 425°.
- Brush each pizza crust with olive oil and then top with sausage, cheese, and onion.
- Whisk the eggs with salt and divide evenly pouring onto each pizza crust.
- Return pizzas to oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Top with fresh cracked pepper.
