Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie
Most mornings I’d prefer scrambled eggs and sautéed veggies, but that’s not always possible! Smoothies have been my saving grace on mornings when time to get out the door is short. I love this chocolate raspberry smoothie because it contains protein, healthy fats and veggies!
This smoothie is low in sugar, subtly sweet and gets its has a silky smooth texture from avocado. It is also banana-free and naturally sweetened with raspberry and coconut. It gets an added veggie boost from frozen cauliflower rice. Frozen cauliflower rice might seem like a weird addition to a smoothie, but it creates such an awesome texture without impacting the flavor!
Cinnamon Vanilla Chia pudding is a staple around here, both for breakfast and dessert. Made with full-fat coconut milk, protein and fiber rich chia seeds, and sweetened just with dates, this pudding is healthy balance of fat, protein and a kick of carbs.
Make a batch of this pudding to keep in the fridge for quick nutritious breakfasts through the week!
Get perfect soft-boiled eggs every single time with your Instant Pot! Soft-boiled eggs are a dream to top salads, as a quick snack next to some crunchy veg, and a great fast source of protein on the go.
