Make these oatmeal raisin muffins as healthy as possible by choosing gluten-free and organic oats. Yes, oats are technically a gluten-free grain, but they are often cross-contaminated with gluten during processing. So if you have gluten-sensitivity or are celiac, choose certified gluten-free.
